We often meet clients who are kind to others but begin to blame themselves when life goes wrong.

My early experience as an automotive mechanic led me to see that solving life’s problems can be like repairing a car. A tire may go flat because the road is rough; a car may break down because a part is unstable and needs repair. Life does not always treat us kindly either, so please do not blame yourself.

Investigative work is much like car repair: a problem may not be visible from the outside. By looking from different angles and working with care and expertise, we can find answers.

During my years as a supervisor in the traditional investigation industry, I saw companies pursue sales at all costs. Everyone focused on new clients while overlooking those who were already hurt and unable to move forward. As technology and laws changed, no one had time for further study or training. I saw outdated thinking hold back both clients and practitioners.

No one can move forward after having their wounds exposed if they are treated as nothing more than a part to replace.

We combine a mechanic’s dedication to craft with our experience in investigations to create a more refined service. We care for every client who places their trust in us and maintain regular training so our team can keep pace with the times.

The ZITONE Life Repair Shop was created so we can travel together toward a better road ahead.

In an age of information overload, when fact and fiction are difficult to distinguish, appearances and manipulation have become commonplace while the truth is increasingly rare and fragile. Three long-term visions: addressing structural problems, not only individual cases

1. Bring investigations into the mainstream as a lawful profession, combining legal, psychological, and technological expertise.
   • We want investigation firms to operate openly and transparently, with the standing of professional legal practices.
   • Investigators should have recognized professional qualifications; services should comply with the law, follow transparent procedures, and keep records on a sound basis.
2. Build Asia’s first standardized investigation model and expand internationally.
   • We aim to bring the ZITONE model—investigation, analysis, legal guidance, and emotional support—to Chinese-speaking communities around the world.
   • We seek to build an international network for cross-border fraud investigations, overseas asset inquiries, international people searches, and related work.
3. Train the next generation of investigators and establish ethical and professional standards.
   • Our internal professional development program includes law, investigative methods, negotiation, communication, and case assessment.
   • We will work with academic, legal, and technology communities to develop recognized professional pathways and strengthen the dignity of investigative work.

Phased business roadmap

Short term (1–3 years): build a strong foundation and broaden public understanding

• Become Taiwan’s most searched-for and transparent lawful investigation brand.
• Standardize case handling procedures and establish information-protection practices.
• Build regional service locations and an integrated information center, beginning in northern, central, and southern Taiwan.

Medium term (3–5 years): establish standards and expand our reach

• Complete an internal investigator training and certification system and promote industry self-regulation.
• Combine AI, psychology, data analysis, and legal models to build a professional investigation platform.
• Expand cross-border work and establish partnerships in Hong Kong, Macau, and Southeast Asia.

Long term (5–10 years): institutionalize the profession and build an international brand

• Advocate for legislation on private investigation and improve the legal framework for the industry.
• Build cooperation platforms with international judicial, financial, and technology organizations.
• Become Asia’s first investigation brand with significant social impact, challenge assumptions of illegality, and rebuild public trust.
